This form is intended for participants who require financial support for their travel to attend the 6th KMI School (KMI/NITEP School 2026).
Please complete all sections carefully. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Important Notes
- Participants are responsible for booking their own hotel and flight.
- Financial support is limited to domestic transportation and accomodation within Japan due to budget constraints.
- Support is available for a limited number of applicants and is not guaranteed for all participants.
- The support covers travel during the the symposium dates (March 9-11).
For participants traveling from abroad or those unable to return home on the same day, support may also extend to one day before and after the symposium (March 8-12). - If your return travel occurs on or after March 13, support will be capped at March 11, resulting in a reduced amount.
