Poster Instruction

Poster session will be held on the evening of Mar. 5th (Wed) along with reception. 

Poster Size

The panels on which the posters will be attached are 1150 mm wide and 1520 mm high. There is no strict rule regarding the poster size or margin. However, as a guideline, please use standard A0 size paper (W840 mm x H1190 mm) and leave a sufficient margin so that the content is easily readable.

Please note that there are no printing facilities on-site; the presenters must bring the final printed poster. The tools for mounting the posters will be available on-site. Posters may be attached beginning lunchtime of Mar. 5th.

 

Poster Award

We will be conducting  participant-based poster voting according to the evaluation criteria outlined below.
The award winners will be announced at the last session of the symposium.

 


Evaluation Criteria

We kindly encourage you to prepare your posters with these guidelines in mind.

Insightful

Posters that introduce novel concepts, present unique ideas, or offer perspectives that challenge conventional thinking. 

Oral

Poster presentations that demonstrate exceptional clarity and engagement during verbal delivery.

Visual

Posters that exhibit a high standard of graphical quality, including clarity in layout, consistency in design, and the effective use of figures, diagrams, or equations.

 

Poster Ballot

Voting will be open from the beginning of the poster session on Mar. 5th at 18:00 until the lunch break on Mar. 6th around 14:30.

Everyone (in-persion) is invited for voting. Please fill in the ballot with poster number that corresponds to each criterion (Insightful, Oral, Visual, and Best).
