This form is intended for participants who require visa support to attend the 6th KMI School (KMI/NITEP School 2026).
Please complete all sections carefully. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Important Notes
- The visa will be issued only for the duration of your travel to attend the 6th KMI School (March 8–12). It cannot be used for any other purpose.
- Visa support is strictly limited to official school participation. Any private stay will make you ineligible for visa issuance.
- Please decide your travel plan well in advance. We may not be able to respond at the last minute.
