We will have the poster sessions in Monday and Tuesday at around main room, ES635.
For presenters
Please prepare and print your poster in size of ISO A0 (84.1cm x 118.9cm) or US Arch E (36in x 48in) in PORTRAIT orientation.
NOTE: Avoid landscape orientation for the A0/Arch E formants, as it will be too wide to fit the poster boards.
And please prepare ONE-page slide for poster pitch talk and upload from a registration page for poster pitch talk (https://indico.kmi.nagoya-u.ac.jp/event/8/registrations/8/) before the first day of the school. Each talk should be in less than two minutes.
All presenters are asked to hang their posters before or after the Lecture 1.
Presenters are also asked to remove the posters after closing. Any poster left unmanned on the poster boards after 17:00 last day will be removed.
We will provide all necessary supplies for mounting the posters on the board (tape, etc).
The poster session titles can be found in the time table "Poster pitch talks" (https://indico.kmi.nagoya-u.ac.jp/event/8/sessions/9/#20240902). In front of the title, we put the POSTER ID. Please put your poster on the location indicated by ID.
We kindly ask all presenters to stay near their posters during the session corresponding to the letter in their poster ID to engage with attendees and answer any questions.
Session A: Monday, September 2, 17:30–19:00
Session B: Tuesday, September 3, 16:00–17:30
Session C: Tuesday, September 3, 17:30–19:00
