As the catering order will be finalized immediately after the deadline, we kindly ask that the deadline be strictly followed.
Participation is confirmed upon payment.
Cancellations are accepted until March 4 (Wed), 23:55 (JST).
Refunds will be issued minus the 6% non-refundable payment processing fee.
After the deadline, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted due to catering arrangements.
If the event is canceled by the organizers due to unavoidable reasons, the participation fee will be refunded minus the 6% non-refundable payment processing fee.
The participation fee is calculated on a cost-recovery basis, and any minor surplus will be used for workshop-related expenses.
