Poster Session

Poster session will be held on Day 1 (November 9).

Poster Size

The poster boards available at the venue are 1150 mm wide × 1520 mm high. There are no strict requirements regarding poster size or orientation. However, as a guideline, we recommend using a standard A0-size poster (841 mm × 1189 mm) and leaving sufficient margins to ensure readability.

Please note that printing facilities will not be available on-site. Presenters are responsible for bringing their printed posters to the venue. Poster mounting materials will be provided at the venue.

Poster Award

A poster award will be determined based on votes from symposium participants. The award winners will be announced during the closing session of the symposium.

Evaluation Criteria

We encourage presenters to prepare their posters with the following criteria in mind.

Insightful
Posters that present novel ideas, innovative approaches, or perspectives that stimulate discussion and inspire new research directions.
Oral
Presentations that communicate the research clearly and effectively, demonstrating strong engagement with attendees during discussions.
Visual
Posters that exhibit excellent visual design, including clarity of layout, consistency of presentation, and effective use of figures, tables, and illustrations.
Best Poster
Overall excellence considering all aspects of the presentation.

  • Insightful

  • Best Poster

Please choose different posters for each category whenever possible. We look forward to your active participation in the poster session and poster voting.
