Description

I will discuss biased and melting domain walls (DW) and their resulting gravitational waves (GW). In particular, I will discuss recently identified subtle issues with initial and boundary conditions in numerical simulations of biased DW and how these issues influence resulting GW. Moreover, I will compare GW signatures of biased and recently introduced melting DW.
